Su Haritası (suharitasi.com) is an independent, source-cited portal that unifies Türkiye's water data and water law: 25 river basins, 81 provinces, 247 lakes, 95 rivers, 469 statutory articles, court precedents and daily dam-level records — in one map. All data is derived from public official sources and published as an open JSON API.
What it is
Su Haritası brings together two things that are usually separate: technical water data (river basins, groundwater, lakes, rivers, daily dam levels, satellite GRACE trends, precipitation) and water law (permits, well licences, allocation, administrative fines, litigation).
What it contains
- 25 river basins and 81 provinces with competent-authority mapping (DSİ regional offices, water utilities).
- 469 statutory articles (Law 167 on groundwater, the Groundwater Regulation, the Water Allocation Regulation and related statutes).
- Court precedents (Danıştay / Yargıtay) cross-linked to the articles.
- Daily dam-fill records (EPİAŞ) and a composite Water Risk Index per basin and province.
- Official Gazette records on groundwater operating areas and closure restrictions.
Open data
Every dataset is published as JSON without authentication: /veri/ (basins, provinces, procedures, statutes, precedents, glossary, water risk). An OpenAPI schema is at /veri/openapi.json. Data is derived from public official sources (DSİ, SYGM, mevzuat.gov.tr, Resmî Gazete, EPİAŞ, NASA GRACE, CHIRPS) and may be reused with attribution.
