Downloads (CSV, GeoJSON)
Generated from the same data as the API. The first lines of every file give source, licence and data date (in CSV they start with #). CSV: UTF-8, comma separator, decimal point. GeoJSON points are centroids computed from basin and province boundaries, not the boundaries themselves.

How to use
Each v2 file returns { meta, veri }. meta gives the source, licence, veri_tarihi (date of the data itself) and uretim_zamani (build time). Field names are Turkish, lower case with underscores and a unit suffix (for example ortalama_doluluk_yuzde = average fill in percent, egilim_cm_yil = trend in cm per year).
